Shaping Regulatory Policy
PPLA has a long history of successfully engaging with federal agencies to advocate for both patient safety and the interests of member companies through the continued use of printed pharmaceutical literature.
The PPLA FDA Strategy Team is a standing committee that leads PPLA’s regulatory strategy, coordinating formal comments to agencies, PPLA-sponsored research, agency meetings, and support materials for Capitol Hill engagement. This group coordinates:
- All formal comments submitted by PPLA to federal agencies
- PPLA-sponsored research
- Agency meetings
- Regulatory support materials used in Capitol Hill advocacy
